Architectural change request form is available to submit online through the AMP portal at Enumerate Engage – Login. Once logged in, select “online forms” then “Architectural Request Form”.
Be sure to upload applicable documents such as construction drawings, drawings of locations on lot, paint/stain color chips, vendor pictures of products to be installed, etc.
